    100Days 街道展

    近年、韓国に毎年3度は行っている。東京の次に長く居る街は釜山だ。
    韓国に行くと不思議に体調が良くなる。毎晩たくさん酒を飲んでいるのだが。
    市場に行くと生活感が溢れ賑やかで羨ましい。僕が子供の頃は日本もそうだった。
    何を食べても美味しいけれど、青唐辛子にだけは手を出さない。一度ひどい目にあったから。
    何度も韓国に行っているのにハングルは読めないし話せない。歳のせいにしておく。
    でも「こんにちは」と「ありがとう」だけは言える。どこの国でもこれは大切。
    韓国から帰ってくると、またすぐに行きたくなるのはなぜだろう。
    仲がいいのか悪いのかよくわからないふたつの国が、いつまでも自由に行き来できますように。

    Ending with Daido Moriyama’s successful exhibition, next,Negative Gallery is happy to announce Onaka Koji’s exhibition this coming Oct.5th-20th.
    Onaka Koji was a camp member of Daido Moriyama, and now as the representative of the Kaido Group, the exhibition will be announced in Korea for the first time with the photos taken during his 100 day trip in Korea.
    The exhibition will be held with the color analog prints which are done by himself in the darkroom.
    For this exhibition he will be introducing a new photobook, the ‘100 Days’ with book signing event.
    We are looking forward to seeing you guys.

    中国、無錫「A Slow Boat to China」

    2004年、初めての中国で撮影したカラーネガから昨年製作したすこし色褪せたカラープリントや、2007年上海美術館での展示時に撮影したパノラマ写真で構成した写真展です。

     

    This photo exhibition comprises slightly faded color prints made last year from color negatives taken in 2004, the first time I went to China, as well as panoramic photographs taken for an exhibition at the Shanghai Art Museum in 2007.
